Bloom Bump to Birth

Our new ‘Bloom Bump to Birth’ is a short 4 class exercise and education program to help you prepare your body for birth using specific exercise and movement prescription.

Join other expectant Mumma’s each Sunday morning for a 45min movement session and 30min of education, a cuppa and discussion.
Topics discussed include the importance and efficacy of exercise in pregnancy, the reasoning behind using specific movements and exercises to help prepare the body for birth, how to implement these movements into your daily routine.

The program is run by an experienced women’s health exercise physiologist and is therefore adaptable for women who are experiencing any symptoms such as pelvic floor symptoms, prolapse or pain.

The package includes an initial pregnancy pre-exercise consult, 4 x 75min group sessions, a birth preparation exercise program and information booklet.

All appointments are eligible for private health rebates.

Your 1:1 consult will take place prior to the class beginning to obtain a thorough understanding of your pregnancy, current health and your goals to ensure the program and exercises prescribed are specific to you.
