Join other mums and their bubs for our strength based and mat-based exercise classes. Our strength class incorporates body weight and weighted exercises specific to mum life or 'mum movements.' And our mat class incorporates Pilates style and postnatal specific exercises incorporating body weight movement, bands, balls, circles and light weights. Both classes are pelvic floor, prolapse and abdominal separation safe and we are able to make any changes where needed.
These classes are a great next step after our rehabilitative beginner postnatal program or for those who have completed basic postnatal rehab. Please note whilst these classes are safe, they are not aimed at being rehabilitative, if you have symptoms which need addressing, we recommend 1:1 exercise physiology appointments or the beginner postnatal program.
