Bloom Women’s Strength

This class is for those who have completed the beginner postnatal program and are ready for the next step, those who have returned to exercise but feel they need further support and those a little bit further down the postnatal track who want to learn how to move better and use their core effectively. Each participant will have their own individual exercise program to complete which will be gradually progressed over the 6 week block.

The class is pelvic floor safe, and suitable for those with prolapse and abdominal separation. All classes are always baby and children friendly.

Your 1:1 consult will take place prior to the class beginning to obtain a thorough understanding of your pregnancy, birth, current health, and your goals to ensure the program and exercises prescribed are specific to you. (A review appointment is required if you have completed previous programs with us to monitor progress, check program and assess any changes required).

Initial 6 week program (1:1 initial consult, 6 classes, exercise program and review appointment $380 (save $40)

Thereafter 6 class pack $162 and 10 class pack $260

All components are eligible for private health rebates.

Classes run Monday’s 9:30am in Ipswich CBD.
